Bridgeport FFA members attend youth institute

Five Bridgeport FFA members were selected to attend the Nebraska Agricultural Youth Institute as delegates July 1114 in Lincoln at the East Campus of the University of Nebraska. Bulldogs who attended the event were Demi Lapaseotes, Delaney Pohl, Justin Dobrinski, Bethany Nichols, and Mackenzie Liakos.

Dobrinski said of the event, “This was one of the best conferences I have been to.We had the opportunity to talk to different people in different careers about how their everyday lives are, and what it took to get where they were.”

Students were given the opportunity to learn about business practices and implement them through a mock commodity and farm management situation.
