The Bridgeport High School football team evened its season record at 2-2 with a 7020 road win over the Sutherland Sailors last Friday night.
It marked the second straight victory for the Bulldogs heading into this week’s Homecoming contest against visiting Hemingford. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. on Friday evening.
In its last two games, Bridgeport has outscored both Sutherland and Maxwell by a combined score of 134-26. The Sailors had no success trying to slow down what’s become an explosive Bulldog offense.
