Patricia “Patti” Parker, 74, of North Bend, Oregon, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2023, at Coos Bay, Oregon.
Patti was born on June 9, 1949, in Dalton, Nebraska, to Richard C. and Billie Jean (Christopherson) Blome.
Patti received an associate’s degree in physical therapy from Green River Community College and then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Oregon University and a master’s in education from Oregon State University.
