Ronald A. Garska, 82, of Bridgeport, Nebraska, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Morrill County Community Hospital in Bridgeport. His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the Bridgeport Church of Christ with Pastor Jonathan Seng officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. It is respectfully requested that in lieu of any flowers, memorials in Ron’s honor be made in care of his family to be designated at a later time. Interment will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the Madison Square Cemetery near Taylor, NE, close to the farm/ranch he grew up on and where many other family members are laid to rest. Ronald Albert Garska was born June 21, 1941, in Burwell, Nebraska, to Harold and Waive Valene (Harris) Garska. Ronald grew up on a ranch west of Taylor, NE, attending school in Taylor and graduating from Loup County High School in 1959.
