The Bridgeport Board of Education held their regular meeting on Monday, December 11th, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school library. All board members were present with the exception of Jeff Pohl.The board approved, by a vote of 5-0, the consent agenda which included the approval of minutes, financial reports, bills and payroll. Consideration to approve the collective bargaining agreement with the BEA for the 2024-2025 school year was tabled.
1. Mr. Simmons reported that the Elementary Christmas Concert will be December 18th starting at 6:00 PM.
2. Mr. Blanco reported on the success so far of our winter activities. Basketball, Wrestling, E-Sports and One Acts have all done very well. One Acts qualified for state and finished 4th.
