The Bridgeport Board of Education held their regular meeting on January 11th at 7:00 p.m. in the high school library. All board members were present, by a vote of 6-0, the consent agenda which included the approval of minutes, financial reports, bills and payroll. Consideration to approve the collective bargaining agreement with the BEA for the 2024-2025 school year was tabled. Consideration to accept the resignation of Jared Dean effective at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.The board approved his resignation with a 6-0 vote.
1. Mrs.Watts reported on the progress and success so far this year of the preschool.
2. Mr. Simmons reported on the NSCAS benchmark and the data dig the elementary will be working on.TheYellow Team went on the Ultimate Field Trip to Cheyenne.The students and staff really enjoyed it and the kids were fantastic!
