Chadron State College music program presented their 52nd annual High Plains Band and Choir Festival concert last week.
The two-day conference took place February 5th and 6th with twenty-six schools in the tri-state area participating.
The evening started off with the Honor Guitar Ensemble performing in the lobby before the concert, with Mr. Jeremy Quick leading the way.
