The Leyton Lady Warriors walloped the Potter-Dix Coyotes last Thursday at the home sub district game with a final score of 62-17.
Junior Zaili Benish had a team high 29 points, including four treys, followed by Sydney Fortune with 11 points. Claire Watchorn had six points. Shawnee Gamble had a team high eight rebounds and six assists. Kaydence Haupt nailed six steals; Trinity Beutler grabbed five.
The ladies are 21-3 overall and first in D2 District 11 play. They will host the district finals against Paxton tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m.
