On Saturday, March 23, Tammy Marshall, Nebraska author, will visit the Bridgeport Public Library and give a presentation beginning at 1:00 p.m. She will be doing a reading as well as discussing the writing and publishing process.
Her fiction book, “The Clearwater House,” is the book of the month for Bridgeport’s Fiction Book Club and a limited number of copies are available for checkout.
According to her website, Marshall is a longtime columnist and feature writer for the Norfolk Daily News, and has published six books, all which are available on Amazon. A retired secondary English and Spanish teacher, she received Honorable Mention writing awards from Writers’ Digest and the Lorian Hemingway Short Story Competition in 2018. Marshall dabbles in stand-up comedy when she can find the time and enjoys reading, traveling, riding her Harley motorcycle, painting, and walking her dog, among other activities.
