School is like a 12 step ladder

How many of you have ever used a ladder? As you probably know they come in many sizes. I have had to use a ladder to paint my house, clean my gutters, trim trees, and so on. I even worked for a number of summers as an insurance adjuster where I climbed onto roofs and checked for wind and hail damage.

There are some important things you need to take into account before you use a ladder.
