The annual Platte Valley Bank Beef Cook-Off was held June 1st. Eight teams competed in up to four categories. This year featured two new categories including Appetizers and Surprise Beef. In the Surprise Beef competition the cooks were not told what they would be cooking until the team meeting the night before.Teams competed in both an official blind judging and a People’s Choice competition.
Over 200 “volunteers” came and judged the People’s Choice competition.The members of the Cattlemen’s Cook-Off Committee would like to thank everyone for their support.
