September 11, 2019—Dawson Wiggins of Broadwater received the Waste Buster Award at the Nebraska State Fair.The Morrill County 4-Her had several items selected to present at the fair. His award-winning item was a water feature that he assembled by recycling an old bed post, galvanized tub, tin waterer and minnow bucket into a water feature with a water pump.
