A big first-half performance powered the Bridgeport football team to a 52-24 win over visiting Morrill last Friday afternoon.
The Bulldogs jumped out to a 46-0 lead at halftime en route to cruising to their fourth straight win. Bridgeport is now 4-2 on the season and a perfect 3-0 in district play.
Against the winless Lions, it took the Bulldogs just two plays to light the scoreboard as Zack Jeffords scored a 46-yard touchdown to put Bridgeport on top.
