The Bridgeport volleyball team couldn’t maintain the momentum generated from winning the Western Trails Conference Tournament in a pair of setbacks this past week.
Taking on Class B Scottsbluff, the Bulldogs battled the Bearcats tough before falling 25-18, 17-25, 25-14, 25-22.
Bridgeport was led in hitting by Jailyn Nichols, who put down 17 kills. Tacey From also reached the double-figure kill mark with 10. Fallon DeBlois followed with eight kills and Kendal Deaver added five.
