It the meeting of the Morrill County commissioners on Tuesday, county attorney Fellhoelter recommended the board schedule two hearings hearing for Tuesday, November 12.There will be a hearing at 8:00 a.m. to consider the conservation easement, and another hearing at 8:30 a.m. to take comments on the sale of five lots in Bayard on November 26.
The commissioners received the highway department annual report from Bryan Hoerler and approved a resolution certifying compliance and the annual report.
Hoerler also mentioned a section of road 100 that he wants to vacate.The board directed him to conduct the road study.
