The Bridgeport City Council tabled the final readin of two ordinances addressing the portion of J Street north of 4th Street. All fopur caouncil members were needed to vote on them.
Tony McGrath was seated as a new council member.
The council adopted Resolution 2025-01 setting a one percent merit increase for certain employees, effective October 1, 2024.
