Fresh off a pair of blowout victories last week, the Bridgeport girls basketball team is entering this weekend’s South Platte Valley Association Tournament with plenty of momentum.
Dave Kuhlen’s Bulldogs, who improved to 12-1 on the season with a 68-14 win over Kimball and a 78-33 victory over Mitchell, are the tournament’s top seed and seeking a fifth straight SPVA title.
Bridgeport will play a semifinal game on Friday at 5:30 p.m. at North Platte Community College.The championship game is set for Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
