After sweeping both the Western Trails Conference and South Platte Valley Association championships this past season, Bridgeport High School basketball players dominated the all-conference selections recently released.
Tacey From was named the Most Valuable Player for the WTC all-conference girls team. During her senior season for the Bulldogs, From averaged 15.8 points, 6.8 steals, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. She finished with a team-high 395 points scored to go over the 1,000-point mark for her career. From also set a new school record for most steals in a season with 171.
Joining From on the all-conference team for the Bulldog girls were junior Ella Schluterbusch and sophomore Olivia Brown. Schluterbusch finished the season averaging 14.5 points, 3.9 steals and 3.6 assists per game. She totaled 392 points and led the team with 51 3-pointers made. Schluterbusch is on track to surpass the 1,000-point scoring mark next season as a senior.
