The Bridgeport Board of Education held its regular meeting on April 14th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school library. There were three action items voted on by the board. They approved changes to the 2025-2026 calendar, the Superintendent’s base salary at $158,798, a 4.5% increase based on the teacher-negotiated increase for 2025-2026, and the interlocal agreement with ESU 13 consortium for VALTS (Valley Alternative Learning and Transitioning School) for the 2025-2026 school year.
Mr. Simmons reported that we currently have 29 kindergartners enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year. Elementary Summer School will be June 2-6.
The Missoula Children’s Theatre was a big success.
