Leyton’s speech team brought home several medals from the Minuteman Activities Conference last week. From left—Coach Megan Rathman, Kaicee Thies, Holden Syverson, Carlyn Thomas, Cort Rummel, Michael Kepler, Shawnee Gamble, Lila Mc- Laughlin, Coach Allie Primm. Rummel, Kepler and Gamble placed fourth in their oral interpretation of drama, Thies fifth in serious prose, Syverson second in informative, Thomas second in persuasive, Kepler eighth in poetry and McLaughlin placed fourth in poetry.
