The Courthouse and Jail Rock Chapter of the National Honor Society held their Tapping Induction Ceremony on Monday night in the high school auditorium.
Following the welcome and introductions by President Mackenzie Liakos, Mrs. Patti Dean spoke on what the word character means to her. Liakos then spoke the creed on Scholarship, Vice President Tegan Rice spoke on Character, Secretary Claire Linders talked about Leadership, and Treasurer Ruthie Loomis-Goltl told about the chapter’s Service.
The tapping commenced, and the new inductees recited the pledge before Rice gave the closing. Mrs. Joey Dohse is the advisor for Bridgeport.
