New owners Miguel Torres and Susana Lopez stand in front of Bridgeport’s iconic Karette drive-in on Main Street. The couple plan to open tomorrow, March 31, snow or shine. The menu itself will largely remain the same, with a focus on fast, friendly service, fresh foods, including daily pressed hamburgers, and ice cream treats for all ages. Hours of operation will be 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. until summer, when they’ll be open until 9:00 p.m.
