Terry was born May 20, 1951, to Milford Blue and Nevada (Gerry Coker) Blue in Bridgeport, Nebraska.

He went to school in Northport and graduated in 1969 from Bridgeport High School.

He enlisted in the Navy in the Nuclear Submarine Program in 1970. He was discharged June 22, 1976.

He worked for Allen Electric for a time.Then he was hired by the Nebraska Public Power District at the Gerald Gentleman Power Plant at Sutherland.

He married Pam Matthews in Julesburg, CO. At that time, he gained three stepchildren, Jamey, Tiffany, and Jared. He and Pam adopted three additional children, Jessica, Skyler, and Richard. They moved to South Carolina in 1995 where Terry worked for Berwick Offrey as an electrician until his death.

He is survived by: his children, Jamey (Amy)Hunsucker, Jared Matthews, Skyler Blue, Richard (Tabithia) Blue,Tiffany Lee, and Jessica Blue; 6 grandchildren; brothers Clyde (Joan) Blue and Mike (Jan) Blue; sisters Colleen Blue and Lynn (Doug) Hulinsky; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Ethan Blue and brother Arthur Blue.

He was laid to rest at Fort Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia, South Carolina.
