CHADRON—Chadron State College students and employees gathered for the ninth annual Rising Sophomore awards ceremony Wednesday. Dr. Jim Powell,Vice President for Academic Affairs at Chadron State College, was the keynote speaker. He came to CSC in 2015 as the Dean for Assessment, Accreditation, Curriculum, and Education, Human Performance, Counseling, Psychology, and SocialWork.
